Plastic Injection Moulding – the „Plastic-Tailor-Maker“
In
the plastic injection molding, we provide high quality technical
mouldings
with a unit weight from 0.1 to 1500 grams. The materials
we
process are almost all thermoplastics. Our 25 injection moulding
machines
are working with a closing force of 40-320
tons and modern handling systems.
They
are working in three shifts all around the clock. Of course, the
possibility
exists
for the transfer of Dial-Up files.
We
are currently working with clients from the automotive industry,
engineering, filtration,
toy
industry and plant construction.
Pad Printing – the „Printer Printer“
With
our 7 pad printing machines
produced
by the manufacturer ITW Morlock,
we print
variety
of materials such as plastic, metal, glass or wood to a maximum
size
of
85 mm in
diameter,
larger prints, we can offer on request. We
can print
one- or
multicolored.
Cost
effective is the use of up to 5 colors in
one operation.
Pad
Printing with the Si-Tech Singer GmbH:
for example, screens for printers, light discs
for
car
headlights, chassis, gear lever.
Screen Printing – the „Allrounder“
Also
for the screen printing technology almost
all materials are suitable, for
example
plastic,
metal,
gass
or wood. With
our 2 screen printing machines we print
one
or multi-colored,
soft
or
hard materials up to a maximum print size of 200 x 360 mm.
